We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 15-Day Return Window We offer a strict 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 15 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Eligibility for Returns Due to the health, safety, and hygiene standards associated with medicinal and consumable products, items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original, sealed packaging with all safety seals intact. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of goods cannot be returned for safety and quality control reasons: Opened or unsealed herbal supplements, teas, or topical remedies. Perishable goods. Gift cards. Items purchased on final sale or clearance. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team support@allesgoodmarket.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days
