1. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only for eligible returns as outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Refunds are processed once the merchant receives and inspects the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a merchant’s error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The item was damaged during shipping, and proof (photos of the damaged product and packaging) is provided within 5 days of delivery.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The return request is submitted after the 15-day return window.
  • The issue arises from customer misuse or accidental damage.

3. Refund Process

Step 2: Ship the Product Back

Step 3: Merchant Inspection & Approval

  • Once the returned item is received, the merchant will inspect the product’s condition.
  • If the return meets the refund eligibility criteria, the merchant will approve the refund request.

Step 4: Refund Issuance

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

 

4. Disputed Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Customers must contact AllesGoodMarket’s Customer Support before filing a chargeback with their bank.
  • Filing a fraudulent chargeback without a valid reason may result in account suspension.
  • If a dispute arises between a customer and a merchant, AllesGoodMarket may assist in resolving the matter, but final refund decisions are at the discretion of the merchant.
