6. Payments & Transactions

• Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateways.
• AllesGoodMarket does not store or process payment information; all financial transactions occur through encrypted services.
• In the event of payment disputes, customers must contact Customer Support or their respective payment provider.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Merchants are responsible for shipping products and providing estimated delivery times.
• Customers will receive tracking information, if available, from the merchant.
• Shipping delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries should be addressed directly with the seller.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

• AllesGoodMarket supports a 15-day return policy for unopened and unused products, but all returns must be processed directly with the merchant.
• Customers will receive return instructions from the merchant along with their order details.
• Refunds are issued upon merchant approval, following product inspection.
• Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a merchant’s error (wrong or defective item).
