  • Products must be returned directly to the merchant—not to AllesGoodMarket.
  • Return requests must be initiated within the 15-day return period, and the product must be shipped back within the timeframe specified by the merchant.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a merchant error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 15 days of delivery.

Returns will not be accepted if:

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must:

  • Report the issue to the merchant within 5 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.
  • Follow the merchant’s return instructions for a replacement or refund.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by the merchant.
